
Robin has enjoyed the art of dance for the past 25 years. Her experience includes 20 plus years of dance education, 13 years of choreographing, both collegiate and professional, as well as numerous appearances in local musical theater. Her 15 minutes of fame came when she was chosen as a member of the 2000 Buffalo Jills squad. Most enjoyable for her has been the past 5 years during which she has shared her love of dance and movement teaching individuals with disabilities the art of dance. Along with her diverse dance background she proudly carries two bachelor's degrees; Bachelor's in Dance and a Bachelor's in Mental Health. She also recently obtained a Master's in Social Work. Furthermore, she is credits away from her Credentialing in Dance Therapy. She is currently employed by Hospice's Life Transition Center as a licensed social worker and is an adjunct professor for the University at Buffalo teaching their Arts for the Special Learner course. Robin is looking forward to creating a unique dance experience for each and every individual and their family at danceability.

Christine has truly enjoyed teaching and working with individuals with disabilities for the past 7 years. It was these amazing experiences that led her to co-found danceability, because she believed that all individuals should enjoy the art of dance and its many benefits. She carries two bachelor's degrees; Bachelor's in Special Education and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Canisius College and also has a Master's in Reading Education from Canisius. She has a dance background that includes 20 years of competitive dance, and 5 years of teaching dance to individuals with special needs. Having been a track and field athlete in both high school and college she has volunteered as a track and field coach for Special Olympics. Christine has seven years of teaching experience as a special education teacher in both the elementary and high school setting. She currently co-teaches 11th grade English at Kenmore West high school. Christine looks forward to dancing with all her students this year teaching the joys of tap, jazz, ballet, and aerobics.

Danceability is truly lucky to have Colleen as an instructor. She has had over 20 years experience working with individuals with special needs both as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and as a dance instructor. She is also the co-owner of Creative Kinections, a creative movement program that provides classes at agencies and schools servicing the disabled population within the community. She is well known in the area and brings her expertise to such organizations as Aspire, VIP, Autistic Services, Children's Hospital, and Southeast Works, among others. Colleen is the mother of four, one of whom is a 16 year old girl with multiple disabilities. Colleen and her daughter are very excited to be a part of danceability and Colleen looks forward to helping the dancers reach their potential.
